    Raising high tech. nurseries, well in advance, building, mist chambers, polyhouses, for maintaing, tall seedlings,(including, genetically screening, for disease free, sturdy plants, grading, inoculation of specific micorrhyza and rhysobium,with harmone treatments, for local adaptability/hardening, weather-proofing, seasoning, of the plants, for achieving, its best survival rates, for the purpose of raising successful plantations, along the banks of the above rivers.- Introduction of INTEGRATED MICRO-WATERSHED PROJECT WORKS with SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SUSTAINABILITY, adaptation, for soil conservation, landslide prevention, water harvesting, underground-water re-charging, acceleration of photosynthesis and carbon sequestration process with reduction of photolysis of ozone layer, by raising decorative, summer/ winter flowering, avenue tall-tree-lines, blocks of plantations, all-along the river banks (as a tourist attraction), for protection from erosion,- by introducing deep rooted hardwood tree- varieties, like, teak sandal, redsander, (hardwikias,-fodder trees) with special varieties of thornless multicoloured, bamboos, medicinal, aromatic-tall plants. Introduction of leanier-contour-trenches, staggered-trenches, micro-check-dams, micro-vented-dams, contour-bunds, impermiable divertion-channels of different dimentions, (proportionate to the flood water quantity, expected speed of the flow of the flash floods with qantum of water, so,collected, at a particular period of time), in the upper cacthment /drainage areas, to plan and contain the flash flood"s-velocity, also for prevention of soil erosion, simultaneosly, to accelerate"insitu",-level-recharging,of rain water and snow-melt water, from the upstreams,. Bund- planting, lenear-contour-trenches, staggered-trenches and divertional-channels-mounds planting, to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability, of erosion prevention measures, successfully implemented with the application of Integrated miro-watershed-technology, adaptaton.   • Preparation of status-reports, feasibility-reports, drawing-up of time bound, locality-specific, "WORKING-PLANS" for the project/-field work project-implementation, (including HUDSON-RIVER-BAY-PROJECT, in USA, HYDRO-ELECTRIC POWER PROJECTS, in Bhutan, Nepal, Kalpasar and Varanasi, project areas,-will be taken up for catchment/drainage area treatments.
  • The ambitious river-inter-linking project, with selected, locality-specific, suitable, schemes, by location-wise, integrated-micro-watershed-wise, micro-catchment-area-wise, planning, designing, implementation,monitoring, assessment of project works, in the river basins/river-banks,including the catchment/drainage areas, adapting integrated micro-watershed-biotechnology-methods, application- will be taken up. Water-harvesting and soil conservation, prevention against landslides, containing fertile top-soil wash, due to cloud-burst or heavy torrential rains, recharging of ground-water-table, improving the, storage of water reserves capacity, building smaller more numbers of barrages, than one large, reservoir, will be planned, for achieving, and resourcing, sustained perennial flow of underground and over ground-conserved-captive-watersources, through, canals, springs, underground water reservoirs, for continuous-supply of water for a longer period of time-to meet the demand, during the water scarcity-dry-seasons. Identification of fossililised-static-underground-water-reserves and the vulnerable landslide locations, will be identified/located.
  • PROJECT PROPOSAL LOCATIONS:-

    1) Kalpasar of Narmada-river-basin, in and around Gujarat state,
    2) Ganga-river-basin" and its tributaries, in and around Varanasi,
    3) Bhutan & Nepal Hydro-electric-power-project, catchment/drainage areas, treatments,
    4) Hudson-river-Bay-Project, areas, treatments for introduction of suitable varieties of bamboos,(including decorative, multi-coloured bamboos-varieties, for tourist attraction),prevention of shifting-silt-deposit and its stabilisation in the river-mouth/astuaries.
    5) Prevention and protection against landslides,--securing and stabilisation of loose earth-cushions, by building Impermiable-diversion channels, contour-bund-formation, for prevention of seepage, lenear-contour-trenches, micro-check-dams, micro- vented-dams, staggered-trenching with trench-mounds, contour-bunds-planting, methods-adaptation,
    6) Protection against Silting of reservoirs, dam-beds, rivers-mouths/astuaries, through raising, permanent layers of vegetative contour-bund formations, of suitable varieties of hardy grasses, bushes, shrubs, schrubs, deep rooted trees, hardy-evergreen-mixed-tree- planting-as a permanent solution
    7) Taking up high tech. nursery work, well in advance, raising, seed-beds, transplant-beds, container-seedlings, tall-seedlings, genetically screening, grading, harmone treatments, micorrhizal and rhizobium treatments, seasoning, hardening,.trimming, pollarding, grafting, seasoning, etc., will be done, to secure high quality, genetically superior, planting materials, before the commencement of planting work.
    8) Identification and field marking of lime-stone, calcarious-soil and rocky areas, for apecial treatments, to safe-guard against, sudden formation of sink-holes, soil-level resettling into deep gorges, craters, etc., will be taken up.
    9) Locations like, Himalayan, slopes, gorges, rolling downs, with (more than "angle of repose", in different, sloping-positions and gradients), powdery, pelsparic, rock chips bearing areas will be identified, for stabilisation/treatment.
    10) In certain locations, one side or both the sides of banks of river, where dams have to built, have fat clay and silt deposits, deep in the earth-cushion, which will prevent, to reach the subterrainian-rock-bed, for laying dam-foundations, where the "ROCK BOLTING AND POWER GROUTING" needed-locations, will be identified, to prevent the sinking of the dam-foundations, or any other, construction of heavy-bunds, (due to its own monolith self wieghts), causing, such dams breach, the stored huge quantity of water, suddenly, flowing -down, causing, heavy, flash-floods, in the lowerside of the dam-sites resulting, in loss of life and property,-such location will be identified.
    11) Identification of fossilised-static-underground-water-reserves, and vulnerable landeslide locations,-will be done.
    12) Preparing feasibility/status report, treatment plan, planning, designing, drawing of "WORKING PLAN", and time bound field-work-implementation, programme will be undertaken.
    a) Rehabilitation, reforestation, of wild life-habitats, water-holes, ponds, caves, salt-licks,raising compensatory-forests-plantations, will be undertaken.
    b) Raising of bio-home-air-purifier-evergreen-plants, for reducing air pollution at home, offices, industrial complexes, commercial establishes, similar to"NASA-DESIGN-TYPE"-bio-technology, will be adapted.
    c) Reclaiming, rehabilitating, reboising, raising of compensatory-reforestations, will be taken up.
    To facilitate, sustainable, perennial,water-supply, including from, small-irrigation-projects, which will be envisaged, by storing, channelising, the Narmada and Ganga river water,through in-built, reservoirs, for irrigation, drinking-purposes, religious and industrial uses, besides, to grow, tree-fodder, for diary-farming (supplementation of fodder supply during dry-seasons and fodder-scarcity periods), raising commercial varieties of thorn-less, high yielding bamboos, to support, bamboo based, cottage industries, (Ballarsha/Burma, varieties) of decorative grain-bearing, thorn-less, evergreen teak trees, hardwickia binata, adina cardifolia, sandal, red-sander, medicinal, aromatic varieties of plant/tree species, for securing the sustained supply of raw materials,( in perpectual-sustainability, throughout the year), for local wood-based-industries,(raising of colourful, summer-flowering, winter-flowering, stable-non-braking, hardwood,with strong roots bearing, varieties, to sustain wind-velocity, and woodlands,-tall- tree-plantations, to boost and develop, sustain local cottage industries) supporting and promoting, better economical-growth, to maintain, and garantee, and ensure, perennial sustainable supply, raw materials, to give, support and encouragement, for self-help, employment opportunities to the local population, in a systematic and organised manner, (in accordance with achieving the perpetual sustainability of growth of green- assets through, scientific-oriented, planning, including, adapting, best-land use designs, obtaining/maintaining, stabilisation of optimum soil pH values,-soil treatments, maintaining of about, 7 pH value, of soil, on an average) acceleration of atmospheric carbon sequestration ,through, photosynthesis, reduction of photolysis process, to protect ozone layer, by increasing more evergreen cover, thereby transforming the region, into green-economy, by raising more green assets, providing, green-lung space, by encouraging and supporting to grow more greeneries, implementing more greenery projects, spporting organic-based, food and-health-programs. Creating evergreen-tree parks, evergreen-shade-tree-lines, and stabilisation of micro-climatic-ecosystem, to creat, stablise, better dust-free clean environment, to secure, stable ecological balance, thereby, saving the ozone layer, controlling,-the green-house-effects, hence, reducing global warming, generating, considerable amount of oxygen, fixing atmospheric nitrogen into the soil, creating, more cooler local micro-climatic-onditions. In turn this will automatically, improve the quality of healthy life, to live-in,-promoting longevity.

  • DETAILS OF PROPOSED. HUDSON-RIVER-BAY-BAMBOO-PROJECT-WORKS, FOR APPROVAL: - On the eastern-bank of the Hudson-river, which falls in New York state boundary, and also the western-side of the Hudson- river, which falls on the New Jersey state, boundary, has been perambulated, particularly, in the sand/silt accumulated/ river-mouth/astuaries, islands, including Ellis island, and river-bank areas, to raise,(including decorative, multicoured,) different varieties of bamboos, on a trial basis, for its suitability, adaptability and sustainability, to withstand and establish, the extreme-seasonal-climatic-condtions, all-around the year, (as the area is experiencing, hot climate, during the summer-months and snow falls, with sever-cold conditions, during, winter months),-as a part of bio-technological-science and sustainability-adaptation-programme of the ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION CONTROL PROJECT WORKS, which was voluntarily planned, and taken up as a "vision project", as well as his life long "dream project" envisaged, by late, Mr. N.S.   • Raising suitable vegetations upon the side slopes and on the truncated-top of mines-sand tailing dumps, permanently, to control air and water pollution, (best of international-standards) with scientific specifications.
  • Raising green belts, wind belts, shelter belts and afforestation of degraded waste-lands. Desert bloom programmes of project works, will be taken up in desert conditions with useful, suitable species.
